Indian Guest Visits IKE Factory to Explore Food Drying Machines

Earlier this month, IKE was pleased to welcome a trading partner from Northern India to our manufacturing facility. With a strong background in food machinery distribution, the guest came not with a specific model in mind, but with a sincere interest in exploring our product range and evaluating potential long-term cooperation.

A Guided Factory Tour – From Assembly to Application

Our team provided a complete factory tour, walking the guest through our workshops, production lines, and testing areas. He was introduced to our various machines, including energy-efficient heat pump dehydrators, modular drying rooms, and compact freeze dryers.

Though this was his first visit, our guest showed great interest in how our machines are used across different food industries—from fruits and vegetables to seafood and herbs. We had open discussions about how IKE's technology could serve India’s dynamic food processing market.

During the conversation, we shared some of our existing application cases in India. Among them, the one we are most proud of is our cardamom drying technology.

India is one of the world’s top cardamom producers, and drying this spice properly is critical to preserving its quality and market value. We introduced our guest to IKE’s dedicated cardamom drying machines, designed to maintain vibrant green color, rich aroma, and essential oils while significantly improving energy efficiency. This solution has already been successfully applied by Indian clients, earning great feedback from the market.
