IKE AIO-DF300G Fruit and Vegetable Food Dryer Customized

The IKE all-in-one drying system can be equipped with different trays. You can choose the right accessories according to your product and budget.

The drying room adopts double-layer stainless steel insulation boards, which are assembled before leaving the factory.

Now we are loading stainless steel stacking pallets.

The bottom tray has four wheels, which can be moved as a whole when the trays are stacked one by one.

The size is 1.2*0.8m, which can be customized to suit different drying rooms and layouts.

A standard unit fits 50 pallets, providing a spread-out drying area of 49m².

Plastic pallets are another common option with a wide range of applications.

Unlike stainless steel mesh pallets, plastic pallets require a small underframe to support the pallet.

One standard unit fits 100 plastic pallets in total.

The pallet size is 0.8*0.6m, which means the total tanning area is 48 sqm.

Each room has a ramp where we can quickly push the trays in and out of the room.

Viewing windows are custom designed, subject to a final project.
