The video shows a processing factory of salted egg yolks. They used to use a traditional open-loop heat pump dryer. The drying effect of salted egg yolk is not good. After using our closed-loop heat pump food dehydrator, the effect is very good. Here it uses a small commercial food dehydrator. It's a 15 trays food dehydrator. There are 15 plastic or stainless steel trays inside. It can dry up to 100kg of freshly salted egg yolks at a time.
