How To Dry Fruit Pitaya By IKE Fruit Dryer

Here we show you how to dry fruit pitaya by IKE commercial fruit dehydrator. We chose the white pitaya for the drying test. First cut the pitaya into thin slices, about 5 mm. Then place the pitaya slices on a stainless steel tray. For anti-blocking, here we placed a piece of white silicone mesh on the tray.
