Eggplant Drying - by IKE food dehydrator
1. Before drying, wash the eggplant and cut them into slices.
2. Then lay the eggplant slice on the tray, and put into the IKE eggplant dehydrator.
3. Set the parameter as temperature 63℃ and humidity 5% RH, then turn on the machine, start drying eggplant.
4. After about 4-8hours, The eggplant slices will finish drying.
The actual drying time will base on the eggplant slices' thickness.
Generally, if the eggplant slices is thinner, it will help to make the drying faster.
