1. At first, in order to keep the banana no destroy, no need to peel the banana, use knife to cut it into small circle ones.
2. Now can peel the banana and put the banana pieces into the salt water, soaking about several minutes is ok.
3. Take the banana pieces out and place them on the trays one by one, let them keep a small distance between each other.
4. Set the target data at 63 degree C and relative humidity 10% , after about 10-12 hours, the banana will finish drying.
Different thickness will have different drying time, more thinner, the drying time will be shorter.
