Dried Salted Fish


Because salt will corrode internal metals, use stainless steel 304 machine is better.

Successful Drying Application and Procedure for Fish

Drying target: good taste and strong and hard fish meat  

Fish Size: above 100mm 

Suggest Model: WRH-100D, WRH-500D, WRH-1200D

Drying Method: Hang dry

Set the temperature at 15℃ for 10~15 hours, so that the fish shrink and removing a portion of the water

Adjust temperature to 45 and dry for 10 hours to start strong drying process

Low down temperature to 15 to dry for 6 to 8 hours, at this process, the moisture which contain in the inner parts of the fish can release to the surface

Dry in 50 for 10-12 hours

Finished the drying, wait for the temperature cold down, checking the quality and ready for packing


Note: If you required the fish seems hard and strong dried, you should choose D series machine. If not, can choose model: WRH-100B, WRH-200A, WRH-300A, WRH-500A and WRH-1200A
